Grant Writer/Fundraiser Applicants

 

The Providence Hall Board of Trustees is seeking a Grant-Writer/Fundraiser interested in raising funds for the school.    This position would be a volunteer position and may work into a Board of Trustees role after an initial trial period. This position would specifically target sources of funds other than parent or student contributions and would be expected to coordinate any areas of potential over-lap with our PHAST representatives. The primary duties of this position would include but not be limited to:

1)       identify potential grants and writing grant applications for grants consistent with the goals and mission of Providence Hall

2)       Identify sources of potential school funding from corporate donations.

3)       Form business partnerships consistent with the goals and mission of Providence Hall

 It is expected that this position would require a minimum of 10 hours per week.  Previous fundraising and/or grant-writing experience is preferred but not required.  General involvement with the school, as well as attendance at monthly Board of Trustees meetings would be expected.
