9th Grade SEOPs To sign up for a date and time enter the following link into your internet browser: www.ptcfast.com/reg1 At that link, you will be asked for an Entry Code. Please enter the Entry Code assigned to your student’s last name. Last Names A – L: Tyler Harlan, Entry Code: KHC113654 Last Names M - Z: Emily Tulip, Entry Code: Y18113652 If you do not have internet access and would like to sign up for an SEOP please contact your student’s counselor by phone. If you are unable to arrange a time to attend, your student’s SEOP will be conducted individually with his or her counselor. |

Open Enrollment
Providence Hall will begin open enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year on Monday January 9th through Friday March 9th 2012. Your child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2012 to enter the lottery. Our lottery will be held on March 15th. After which time you will be notified via email of your child's status. You may enroll here. |

International Baccalaureate
Providence Hall Elementary School is a candidate school* for the Primary Years Program. Providence Hall Middle School is a candidate school* for the Middle Years Program. Both schools are pursuing authorization as IB World Schools. These are schools that share a common philosophy—a commitment to high quality, challenging, international education that Providence Hall believes is important for our students. Providence Hall Elementary has implemented several IB strategies in the hope of nurturing this type of student. Our new middle school is building on MYP principles from the ground up.
